Assessing the effect of antimycin A on morphophysiological parameters in Triticum aestivum L. exposed to high temperature

The present study was conducted to investigate the evaluation of antimycin A (AA) as a modulator alternative respiratory pathway (AP) on intensity growth processes and some physiological parameters etiolated wheat seedlings, such maximum length root, first leaf coleoptile, fresh dry weights at whole plant level, area well relative water content, saturation deficit, degree succulence sclerophylly. Generally, exposure heat stress (HS) alone caused noticeable reduction in root (59%), (30%), mass (10%), (14%), (25%) which consistent with progressive alteration relations. Furthermore, sclerophylly were severely affected by HS seedlings. However, results demonstrated that application AA did not induce significant (23%), coleoptile (5%), weight (7%), (3%), (21%) relations seedlings compared heat-stressed plants. Taken together, activation AP promoted mitigating damaging effect supporting processes.
